CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Appointment Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered redeemed and subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service price. 2. No-Shows • Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. • No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service price. • Multiple no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments. 3. Memberships • Membership services must be used within the billing month. • Missed appointments cannot be rolled over to the next month. • Appointments missed without proper notice will count toward your monthly services. • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Please contact us via phone, text, or online booking to reschedule. 5. Exceptions • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Marquesa Esthetics. • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
